We use the information we collect to:

• Create, manage, and support parking reservations
• Save an incomplete checkout for a limited time
• Use the vehicle make and model to help identify a possible oversized vehicle before payment
• Send reservation notices and respond to customer questions
• Send one reminder if you do not finish checkout
• Coordinate shuttle pickup when a customer texts "Ready"
• Provide shuttle or service-delay updates
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties.

3. Text-message consent

By providing your phone number, you authorize Midway HotSpot to send text messages related to your reservation and shuttle coordination. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to re-enable messages, or HELP for assistance.

4. Email communications

We use the email address provided during checkout for reservation confirmations and important booking updates. When you provide your email and continue through checkout, we may send one reminder about the incomplete reservation. The reminder will include a way to opt out. This does not enroll you in general promotional email.

5. When we share information

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share information:

• With service providers that help us operate our business, such as sending confirmations, email, and an advisory vehicle-size review
• When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful government request

Your phone number is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
